In Norway, a man armed with a bow and arrows killed at least 5 people and wounded an undetermined number in Kongsberg municipality, 85 kilometers from Oslo, a police spokesman told CNN.

The police reported in a press conference that they arrested the suspect and it is not ruled out that it is a terrorist attack.
