Two burglars aged 44 and 61 were caught in Düsseldorf trying to get into the mourners' homes during a funeral.
According to a spokesman, the police suspected that the perpetrators knew about the funeral and wanted to take advantage of the absence of the residents.
A neighbor had alerted the police about suspicious noises in the hallway.
Düsseldorf - So the two men, who were already wanted with arrest warrants, could be caught.
The officials found both burglary tools and cash on the suspects.
