A bus with students and a car collided in Hameln on Thursday morning.
Eight of the 37 passengers between the ages of eleven and 20 were slightly injured and taken to a hospital, the police said on Thursday.
According to the information, the 56-year-old car driver from Hameln had changed lanes on federal highway 1 leading into the city and collided with the bus for reasons that were not yet clear.
Hameln - The 56-year-old bus driver, also from Hameln, was no longer able to prevent the accident.
Because of the accident recording, the road had to be closed for a good hour.
Both vehicles were then still ready to drive.
The officials estimated the damage at 8,000 euros.
