The ceremony was held in the Judea and Samaria Division, headed by the Commander of the Central Command, Major General Yehuda Fox, and with the participation of commanders, soldiers, families and other guests.
Major General Fox spoke: "Command of the Judea and Samaria Division is one of the most complex and sensitive tasks that the Israel Defense Forces can impose on a commander.
"In the face of the potential for explosiveness inherent in the security situation in Judea and Samaria, we continue to work to deter terrorists and thwart terrorism, while promoting our readiness for a wide range of scenarios - in the near and long term." And it is directed at those who spend nights and nights in a stubborn fight against terrorism. "

The outgoing commander of the Judea and Samaria Division, Brigadier General Yaniv Al-Aluf: "Command of this part of our country in our small and beloved country is a wonderful gift. In the mosaic we lived in space.
Thank you for the right to be the commander of the Judea and Samaria Division - a division that enables settlement, agriculture, education and industry - the protective force that enables Zionism and pioneering.
"I leave one message in your hands. The defense forces in Judea and Samaria must prepare to encounter the enemy at any moment, prepare the best conditions for battle, which may develop and in any encounter with the enemy decide it. Accurate, systematic and as fast as possible - this is the strategy."

I am aware of the great responsibility that rests on my shoulders in accepting command of the division, and I come humbly and with a desire and openness to learn with reverence the greatness of the class, the responsibility and the joy of doing it. "
