It is the son of the victim who, not having received the daily call from his mother, would have connected to the home video surveillance system, and would have seen a body lying down.

The front door was not locked, and the house was not particularly messy.
After the macabre discovery, the dwelling was searched.
Latex gloves stained with blood were found in the garden, along with rolls of duct tape,
