When Angela Inselkammer got married to Aying in 1977, Zilk was already employed at the inn.
“She really had steam, an irrepressible energy and, as a very young woman, made a big impression on me.
If she rushed through our restaurant or the event rooms, then something has been done.
Their typical laughter with the guests could be heard through the whole restaurant, ”remembers the current head of the inn.
Zilk took the profession of hostess very seriously and carried it out with dignity and great skill.
Many regulars appreciated her

Annmarie Zilk was closely connected to the Inselkammer family from the very beginning when she came to the Brauereigasthof Aying: “My in-laws, our aunts, the whole household in the manor: she was involved in everything and always completely loyal.
