Lateral thinker protester injures photographer via megaphone - court sentenced her to a fine

In April, a lateral thinker injured a press photographer using a megaphone, causing him to develop tinnitus.

Six months later, the penal order is available. 

Nuremberg - 90 daily rates of 30 euros each: This is the penalty for inflicting tinnitus on a press photographer for several days using a megaphone.

She was a participant in a lateral thinker demonstration in April when she held the megaphone to the man's ear.

Now the Nuremberg District Court * sentenced the 39-year-old on Wednesday (October 13) for bodily harm to 90 daily rates of 30 euros each.

She had a court hearing in August that she had not come to.

She then received a penalty order of 2,700 euros - but she lodged an objection.

Now she has a new fine - but she can still appeal the verdict.
