A 48-year-old man was indicted Thursday evening October 14 in Saint-Etienne and then imprisoned after the homicide of his drug supplier to whom he blamed the increase in his prices, AFP learned from a judicial source.

The suspect, known to justice with eleven convictions for aggravated theft or offenses against narcotics legislation, was earlier referred after 48 hours of police custody for his presentation to an investigating judge who prosecuted him for "

On Tuesday, he went to the Saint-Etienne police station on his own, indicating to the police that he feared a reaction from the victim's family, who also sold contraband cigarettes.
During his police custody, this inhabitant of Saint-Cyr-de-Valorges, a rural town in the north of the Loire, admitted having shot his dealer on Friday with a shotgun before burying him in a forest below his property in Roannais.

The body of the 29-year-old victim, whose relatives had reported his disappearance to the police on Sunday and then made calls on social networks, was later found at the location indicated.
Recently settled in Lyon, the dealer was also known to the courts for drug trafficking, according to the same source.
