National poems by the poets of the Al-Asi Forum in the Writers Union in Homs

On the strings of patriotism, the poets of Al-Asi Forum played their words in a poetry meeting hosted by the Book Union branch in Homs and attended by a group of intellectuals and interested people.

The poems recited by the poet Ibrahim Al-Hashem, director of the Homs Cultural and Literary Forum, carried a tendency of rebellion against the tragedies of life and confronting them with a determination that refuses to be defeated through his patriotic texts, Persistence and Affection on the Path of the Impossible.

Poet Fatima Al-Hassan shared three sentimental poems from modern poetry, whose letters were scattered with feelings of tender feminine nostalgia mixed with a sad tone due to the cruelty and injustice of life.

To Homs, with its beauty and its black stones rooted in history, the poet Nasser Ibrahim concluded the meeting with a patriotic poem dedicated to the city of Mimas, in which poets still sing.
