A Palestinian was killed Thursday evening by gunfire from Israeli soldiers in the occupied West Bank, according to an army statement.
"Two suspects who had thrown incendiary bottles on the road of the tunnels endangering the lives of drivers were neutralized by soldiers ... One of them was arrested and the other, wounded by bullets, died to his injuries, ”
said the Israeli army.

This incident took place on the road through the tunnels connecting Jerusalem to Hebron, near the Palestinian village of Beit Jalla, in the southern occupied West Bank.
According to the Palestinian agency Wafa, clashes erupted between Palestinians and Israeli soldiers during a military operation in Beit Jala.
Three Palestinians were killed on September 30 by Israeli forces in various incidents in East Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
Clashes between Israeli soldiers and Palestinians have increased in recent weeks in the West Bank, especially during Palestinian protests against Israeli colonization.
Against the backdrop of tensions that had started in East Jerusalem, a lightning war broke out in May between the Hamas movement and Israel.
The clashes had left 260 dead on the Palestinian side, including many fighters, and 13 dead in Israel, including a soldier, according to local authorities.
