A synthesis that brought together the vertical, spoken and prose poetry of poets from Homs and Tartous, included in the meeting that was held today in the literary hall of Sami Al-Droubi in the cultural center in the city.
The meeting was initiated by the poet “Hassan Bazaqi”, director of the Al-Bayader Cultural Forum, with a prose poem entitled “On the Borders of My Village” in which he described the current reality that is shrouded in pain in some situations, while he spoke in his prose poem entitled “Like Me” about the burdens of life and old age, in addition to prose entitled “It is autumn, sir. “I dealt with the forest fires.
The poet “Manhal Ismail” had a classical poem entitled “I don’t care” in which he used the musical style to express his love for life, and a spoken poem entitled “Am Tantarini” sings about the beloved and her status.
The delicate feminine sense prevailed over most of the poems of the poet “Hiyam Awad”, who presented several spoken texts entitled “Agaqa Omar” and a patriotic one entitled “I am the Syrian” that tells of Syrian steadfastness in the face of terrorism and atonement so that the homeland remains proud and eloquently flirtatious, entitled “Where is the escape?”
The poet "Lubba Al-Hassan" participated in a patriotic poem entitled "Half of God" and the narration "Hala my birth", in which the strength and self-confidence of the Syrian woman appeared.
Father Radwan Hamati read a group of hymns he presented to the immigrants, asking the Virgin to intercede for them, describing the bounties of bays, the chirping of birds, the state of waiting and the life cycle.
The meeting concluded with a poetic dialogue spoken between the two poets Lubbi Al-Hassan and Manhal Ismail.
