More than a dozen US officials at their country's embassy in Colombia have reported symptoms associated with the so-called Havana syndrome, a rare condition that includes lightheadedness, nausea, and nosebleeds, among other symptoms.
American researchers have tried to determine what causes the symptoms, first reported in 2016 in Cuba.
Jorge Dávila Miguel, writer and CNN contributor, quotes in an interview with María Alejandra Requena a report that affirms that the syndrome is a "phenomenon of mass hysteria."
