Inhabitants of Ciudad Juárez celebrate the announcement of the United States government to reopen its land borders to non-essential travel, such as shopping or tourism, starting in November to foreign travelers who are fully vaccinated against covid-19.
Some residents believe that the wait was long and that it is time for the bicultural border communities to return to the state of free movement.
