A family received the wrong administration of the flu vaccine and instead got a covid-19 vaccine, the error was at the Walgreens pharmacy in Indiana.
The vaccine was injected into the couple and their two children, ages 4 and 5, and since then the children have had symptoms such as high blood pressure, fever, and chest and headaches.
