While many French students are in great precariousness, that the hospitals lack healthcare staff and the territories of doctors. While our borders are no longer guarded and irregular immigration is developing without knowing how to manage it. While our pension system is desperately seeking balance, as the cost of energy explodes, affecting the purchasing power of households in the long term ... While the bosses of the suburbs are rotting the lives of thousands of public officials and hundreds of thousands inhabitants, creating lawless areas where the black economy feeds them, in a number of cities. While the voice of France is becoming almost inaudible everywhere… Parliament will devote part of its precious time to organizing the meticulous and programmed death of the traditional circus.

Animals have long been born in the heart of circuses which have become their natural environment.

Why deprive yourself of it when it's so easy?

Following the powerful lobbying of militant associations, public opinion has become convinced that the circus is better without animals.

Without doubt, if we look at the circus with the images of the past, when we were going to capture animals in the wild to lock them up in menagerie and then tame them, it was necessary for things to evolve.

In France, associations, professionals, amateurs, the legislator, have mobilized to develop the profession with fantastic results, in particular for the improvement of living conditions, both for circus people and their animals.

But by continuing a war against the circus, without taking the measure of what the traditional circus really is, defenders of the animal cause, whether they are individuals, associations or politicians are creating a situation of animal abuse that no longer existed ...

Animal abuse within the circus no longer existed in our regions.

Animals have long been born in the heart of circuses which have become their natural environment.

Animals are, in circuses, full members of the community where they live there for the most part until their death, at ages much more advanced than in nature or in parks where we would now like them. drive by force.

In addition, the circus activity is highly regulated, perhaps one of the most regulated activities in France: you must have a capacity license to keep non-domestic animals, and many standards govern, in particular, transport, habitat, or shows which must never place the animal in a difficult situation.

All this was imagined by we do not really know who, or in which office ... without ever having carried out the slightest investigation in the field.

Finally, we must consider that all the acts and gestures of circus artists are closely monitored, whether they come from associations or simple individuals.

All have very effective tools to denounce inappropriate practices and an arsenal of laws to initiate health or judicial inquiries in the event of suspicion of acts of mistreatment.

Social pressure on circuses is enormous.

The bill that Parliament has just adopted has chosen to "settle" definitively the fate of non-domestic animals by removing them from the care of their circuses!

Was it necessary to humiliate men and women in this way who, for some of them, only live for their relationship with the animal world?

By installing the possibility of prohibiting, by decrees to come, the keeping and presentation of animals in traveling shows according to lists to be reviewed each year (depending on what if not depending on the prosperous progress of future “sanctuaries”?) the bill, remotely guided by Madame Barbara Pompili, Minister of Ecological Transition, creates all the conditions for animals to be abandoned by those who love them the most in the world!

All this was imagined by we do not really know who, or in which office ... without ever having carried out the slightest investigation in the field, nor having produced any elementary ethological study.

It is true that if this work had been done, studies would have shown that an elephant or psittacidae can immediately die from being separated from those who care for them.

All those who really know and love animals cannot accept that they be taken from their lives without considering the consequences of such ruptures, nor any help to families.

Finally, this separation is not compensated by any compensation ... The circus artists already have one knee on the ground after confinement, they are now being condemned to cease their activities, by withdrawing their traveling companions and shows, without any help to retraining!

Today, only contemporary circuses, without animals, which use directors and other specificities of the theater that are not those of the traditional circus, the one that roams the France of the territories, to enchant our families and allow our children to take a look at the world.

Defending animals at the heart of the circus also means defending a very French tradition of cultural diversity.

All those who really know and love animals cannot accept that they be taken from their lives without considering the consequences of such ruptures, nor any help to families.

To quote the great Annie Fratellini “

The circus is a circle of paradise in a hard and insane world!

".

Animals have their place in paradise, among men.
