The US Drug Advisory Committee is expected to recommend a second dose of the drug company's vaccine • The company hopes the vaccine will increase to 94% after receiving the booster

The Advisory Committee on American Drug Administration decided tonight (Friday) to recommend to the US administration to vaccinate in one dose the vaccinated children aged 18 and over with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine against Corona.

Unlike the vaccines of the Pfizer and Modern companies, so far the Johnson & Johnson vaccines have been given in one dose and not in two.

The decision to recommend the vaccine was made unanimously among 19 members of the Drug Advisory Board.

According to the recommendation, the booster dose should be given two months after the first dose.

Now the director must choose whether to accept the recommendation of the advisory committee, and if he does, the US Centers for Disease Control will give its opinion on the matter as well.

The pharmaceutical company hopes the booster dose will increase the vaccine's effectiveness to 94 percent, noting that the vaccine's effect should not fade at the same rate as rival companies' vaccines.

However, experts argue that the company's vaccine is less effective than that of its rivals.

Yesterday, the Advisory Committee to the Drug Administration approved approving an impulse dose from a modern company as well.

Professional figures in the United States are under pressure from the political system to allow impulses to be given to curb the spread of the Delta variant in the country, after more than 700,000 people died in the United States as a result of the corona plague.
