Health Minister Petra Köpping (SPD) presented a key issues paper on Tuesday on the future rules that will apply from October 21 to November 17.
It is therefore planned that health authorities for mountain parades and Christmas markets can allow exceptions to the corona rules for major events.
Until the so-called advance warning level is reached, rules such as 3G (access only for vaccinated, convalescent or tested persons), contact recording and maximum visitor limits can be dispensed with.
What is required, however, is an approved hygiene concept, which is also used for controls.
