Homs-Sana
Today, Civil Defense personnel in Homs put out a fire that erupted in areas of olive trees and dry herbs in the agricultural lands of the village of Al-Mutarid, in the western countryside of the governorate.
Brigadier General Ghiath Aqel, director of civil defense in Homs, told SANA reporter that the branch’s operations room received a report about a fire in the lands of the village of Al-Mutaarid. The fire is estimated at 6 dunums planted with about 40 olive trees.
