Gleimhaus enables interactive poetry performance

In the future, the Gleimhaus in Halberstadt will bring passers-by closer to literary hits of the 18th century via a video installation. Halberstadt - visitors could control the selection of titles with their smartphone.

You can choose from among others texts by Goethe, Schiller, Lessing, Klopstock and Kant - most of them were friends with Gleim.

Poems written by Gleim can also be selected.

Actor André Eisermann (“Schlafes Bruder”, “Kasper Hauser”) can be seen in the role of Gleim - he was one of the most widely read poets of his generation.
