Things are moving forward in the Hinterholzhausen district of Langenpreisingen.

The municipal council has adopted a master plan.

According to this, around five new houses can be built and old ones expanded in this small district.

Langenpreising

- The Langenpreising municipal council has approved the framework plan for Hinterholzhausen.

Five new houses are allowed to be built.

For some other older buildings, replacement buildings of the same cubature could be built.

Many people from Hinterholzhausen came when the committee decided on it.

As reported several times, there is a lot of "building pressure" here, as Mayor Josef Straßer called it in an interview with our newspaper.

There are a number of young people who want to stay there, but of course have to live somewhere.

Pressure also comes from the existing glazier, which wants to move out of the center of the village and has already found a place on the outskirts.

The next step was to clarify the wastewater situation, explained Straßer.

The existing infrastructure with small sewage treatment plants is only permitted up to around 50 residents.

An overly excessive increase in the number of inhabitants was not wanted, said Straßer, who personally visited eight families to discuss their construction plans.

Now there are two variants: a simple outdoor area statute, but also a full-fledged development plan.

“I would actually prefer a development plan because it regulates more,” said Straßer.

In fact, this creates legal certainty for many potential builders.

The procedure with the planning association could be a model for other small parts of the community.

Weipersdorf was mentioned from the start.

Straßer expressly sticks to this, but in the medium term.

"There the construction pressure is not as high as in Hinterholzhausen, because in Weipersdorf the generation that comes into consideration here is a bit younger."
