A memorial for the victims of sexual discrimination has been unveiled in Düsseldorf.
The work of the Cologne artist Claus Richter was placed on the banks of the Rhine near the State Chancellery.
It shows a group of figures with their hands partially clenched into fists or with a victory sign.
The four figures are supposed to symbolize all spectrums of sexual and gender diversity.
Düsseldorf - A plaque on the memorial has the following inscription: “Place for the memory and acceptance of gendered and sexual diversity.
