Remuneration and expenses not paid out in September or before
Ren Guodong, who was ruled to invalidate the oath on the 29th of last month, has so far not received the September district councilors' remuneration and the actual operating expenses from July to September, involving a total of about 100,000 yuan.
Ren claimed that he had never made advances to the government. Even if calculated in proportion to his tenure, the operating expenses he used did not exceed the limit. He did not understand why the authorities did not pay him a remuneration.
Ren Zeng asked the frontline staff of the Civil Affairs Department and was told that it was not within his scope of responsibility.
He said that the authorities will be given a few days, and if the authorities have not paid any remuneration by then, they will consider legal means to recover them.

Regarding the operating expenses reimbursed and reimbursed, the district councillors have an annual repayment amount of about 550,000 yuan, which is used to pay for the negotiation expenses.

Guo Tianli believes that the relevant arrangements are unreasonable, because the reimbursement of the expenses is actually reimbursable, and the purpose is in line with the functions of the district council, including the payment of rent and assistant salaries. It has also been approved by the department.
He said that he would continue to discuss with the government to request discretionary treatment or allow instalment payments. If a consensus is not reached, legal action will be considered.
