What convince him to embark on a new professional and entrepreneurial life.
For a long time as an oenological advisor and then general manager of large properties, especially in Bordeaux, he decided three years ago to launch his own brand of French whiskey to link his two favorite universes, wine and spirits, by becoming a breeder and refiner.
A meeting with Yannick Hepp, of the eponymous Alsatian distillery, will be the trigger and, since then, it is he who provides all the juices.
“I wanted to offer predominantly fruity whiskeys, with a very silky touch on the palate, with a double finish: one in new barrels and the other in barrels that contained a single grape variety,” he
explains.

To achieve this, he works with renowned winemakers from whom he buys carefully chosen barrels.
