The Lebanese army found today the bodies of two people who were killed in the crash of a small training plane they were on two days ago off the beach north of Beirut.
The Army Command said in a statement that units of the Naval Forces and the Marine Commandos Regiment were able to find the civilian plane belonging to the Lebanese Aviation Club, which crashed two days ago in the sea, noting that the bodies of the two victims who were on board were recovered 1200 meters from the beach of Halat and 30 meters deep. .
Yesterday, the Lebanese authorities announced the crash of the Cessna 172 training plane in the sea off the coast of the Byblos region, carrying two young men on board.
