The fourth day of the November Paths Race, organized by the General Sports Federation in Lattakia, concluded with the participation of 65 players from Russia, Iraq, Sudan, Lebanon, Palestine and Syria.
The men’s singles stage included a race in which 40 riders representing ten teams competed from Ogdt Al Bassa to Salma Bridge and back to the starting point for two cycles, each 42 km cycle.
In the junior category, the Russian players Kirill Mikhel with a time of 2.09.10, Nikita Shmatov with a time of 2.09.10 and Artem Baziev with a time of 2.09.20 were crowned in the junior category.
In the youth category, Syria’s players scored the first three places in a row, Omar Al-Mawkeet and Ahmed Al-Abdullah from Syria (B) with a time of 2.09.10 hours, and Abdul Rahman Sabbagh from the Syria team (C) with a time of 2.09.10 hours.
In the 23-year category, Anton Popov from Russia won first place with a time of 2.06.07 hours, Nabil Al-Fares in second place with a time of 2.06.07 hours, and Osama Sabahi with a time of 2.08.06 hours, both from Syria (B).
In the men’s category, Youssef Srouji from Syria (A) won the first place with a time of 2.06.07 hours, followed by the Sudanese Youssef Hamed with a time of 2.08.06 hours and Jamil Shaaban from Syria (A) in third place with a time of 2.09.01.
Tomorrow, the activities of the Tishreen Paths Race will conclude, with a carnival bike trail starting from the city of Slanfeh to the square of the city of Al-Haffa, which will witness a celebration in which folk and folk dances will be revived by the Rimal Dance Theatre.
