He believes that there will be different opinions within the party, and it is his choice to decide which development route to take.
However, he believes that the more people participating in the election, the better, but it must meet the standards of patriotism and love for Hong Kong.
Luo Zhiguang also pointed out that during his tenure, he had never suggested that among the democrats, candidates for political assistants or deputy directors should be found. He emphasized that the main consideration was to cooperate with and supplement the work of the Labour and Welfare Bureau.
