The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights denied the precautionary measures to Jeanine Áñez and based its decision on a report provided by the Bolivian State, in which it mentions that since March the ex-president had received 1,160 visits and medical attention in prison.
This was narrated by Luis Adolfo Guillén, one of his lawyers in Conclusions.
Guillén noted that the IACHR "did not verify whether the information from the State was minimally true."
