The patient is a 55-year-old male patient who lives in Block 1 of Grand Promenade, West Bay. He is a staff member of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He left Hong Kong for Russia on August 22 and passed from Russia to Russia on October 5. Finland returned to Hong Kong.
The Center for Protection stated that the patient had no symptoms and had received two doses of Coxing vaccine in Hong Kong.

The Health Protection Center announced that the male patient returned to Hong Kong from Russia via Finland on flight AY101 on October 5.

The government announced at 7pm that people in Sai Wan Ho designated "restricted areas", that is, people in Block 1, Grand Promenade, 38 Tai Hong Street, Sai Wan Ho, must stay at their premises and undergo compulsory testing.
