Convener of Xianxue Sizheng Wang Yizhan, former Secretary-General Chen Zhisen, former spokespersons Zhu Huiying and Huang Yuanlin were involved in distributing a large number of incitement to hate the government and inciting subversion of state power. They were charged with conspiracy to incite others to subvert state power.
When the case appeared in the Magistrates' Court, none of the four were released on bail.
They applied for bail to the High Court today (15th). After hearing the submissions, the judge appointed by the National Security Law, Li Yunteng, approved one of the defendants, Zhu Huiying, to bail, while the applications for bail of the other three were rejected.
The defendants involved in the case are Wang Yizhan (unemployed, 20 years old), Chen Zhisen (student, 20 years old), Zhu Huiying (student, 18 years old) and Huang Yuanlin (student, 19 years old).
The female defendant Zhu Huiying was granted bail today.

After hearing the submissions, the judge appointed by the National Security Law, Li Yunteng, today approved Zhu Huiying to be released on bail with cash of 15,000 yuan and his father provided cash personnel guarantee of 10,000 yuan.
In addition, Zhu Huiying is also required to abide by the curfew, and must stay in her residence from 11 pm to 7 am the next day; he is not allowed to leave Hong Kong during the bail period and needs to hand over his travel documents; and report to the police station every day.
During the period of bail, Zhu is also not allowed to engage in any activities that violate the National Security Law or other crimes, not to be interviewed, not to make comments on social media; and not to meet with foreign government officials or representatives.
