The driver of a truck died in the hospital after a presumably medically related accident on the B312.
The truck hit the opposite lane on Friday afternoon near Neckartenzlingen (Esslingen district) and hit an oncoming car, the police said.
The truck then rolled on for several meters without braking.
Neckartenzlingen - A 31-year-old man was able to reach the vehicle on foot and apply the brake.
After the truck stopped, he took care of the driver.
After receiving first aid from a doctor, he was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
