The real estate crisis in China has generated such distortions in the Asian market that it has even created what are called ghost towns.
Mark Williams, chief Asia economist at Capital Economics, estimates that there are still about 30 million unsold homes in China, which could house 80 million people.
That is almost the entire population of Germany.
