The winning streak of 1. FC Kaiserslautern continues.
On the 12th matchday of the 3rd soccer league, the Palatinate team won their fourth game in a row with a 3-0 (1-0) win against SC Freiburg II.
In front of 18,330 spectators in the Fritz-Walter-Stadion, Felix Götze scored the lead for Kaiserslautern in the 11th minute after preliminary work by Daniel Hanslik.
Shortly after the restart, Boris Tomiak met after a corner from Mike Wunderlich to make it 2:
Kaiserslautern - 0 (48th).
In the 61st minute, Wunderlich finally decided the game with the 3-0 final score in favor of FCK.
Hanslik had submitted again.
With 18 points, Kaiserslautern has made the connection to the promotion places, Freiburg II remains in the lower half of the table with 13 points.
The Palatinate have not conceded a goal in the league since the beginning of September.
