The Ministry of Health published this evening (Wednesday) the state of the spread of corona in Israel
: Over the weekend, 2,080 people were diagnosed with the virus, while in Israel there are 19,797 infected with corona.
Yesterday, about 98,000 tests were performed and the positive rate is 1.6%, while today, about 32,000 tests were solved and the positive rate remains similar.
547 corona patients are hospitalized in hospitals across the country, of whom 382 are in critical condition, 166 are respiratory and 193 are in critical condition.
Among patients who are over 60, 121 people are not vaccinated, 17 are vaccinated without the booster dose and 45 are vaccinated, meaning 66 percent are not vaccinated, while 25 percent are vaccinated.
Also, the coefficient of infection continues to climb slightly and currently stands at 0.77, but we will note that as long as it is lower than 1 it means that the epidemic is on the decline.
Since the outbreak of the plague, 7,983 corona patients have died in Israel, one of them today and six yesterday.
According to the traffic light model, there are five red localities in Israel: the Abu Rubiya tribe in the Negev, Ein Mahel, Revava, al-Sayed and Kiryat Ya'arim.
2,122 of the active patients live in Jerusalem, 689 in Tel Aviv-Yafo, 488 in Be'er Sheva, 453 in Rahat, 423 in Petah Tikva, 402 in Bnei Brak, 375 in Netanya, 325 in Holon, 310 in Haifa, 304 in Taibeh, 293 in Rishon Lezion, 285 in Beit Shemesh, 283 in Rehovot, 277 In Bat Yam, 270 in Nazareth, 260 in Ashdod, 240 in Umm al-Fahm, 233 in Ramla, 221 in Ashkelon, 207 in Lod, 206 in Marar and 200 in Hadera.
