The volleyball players from SSC Palmberg Schwerin have suffered their third defeat in a row in the Bundesliga.
In a hard-fought game, coach Felix Koslowski's team lost to Dresdner SC 0: 3 (30:32, 24:26, 24:26) on Friday.
The defending champion used his fourth match point after around 110 minutes and, after a 3-2 victory in the Supercup, had his second success in Schwerin within two weeks.
Schwerin - In the first set, the SSC could not use six set balls after the guests had already led 13: 8 in the meantime.
The second round also went into overtime.
Schwerin fended off three set balls, but couldn't prevent Dresden from having the better end for themselves again.
In the decisive round Schwerin was able to catch up several times and fend off three match points.
But it shouldn't be enough for more.
