Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (Rocksteady)

It’s been almost a year since comic book giant DC unveiled its new game in the Batman Arkham series universe - Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, and over the past weekend we finally got another glimpse into the game, even if not the one we expected.

During the broadcast of the DC Fandome fan conference held on Saturday night (16.10), the comic book company unveiled the feature trailer for the new game starring Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang and King Shark who will pose the villainous gang known as Task Force X, opposite the superheroes of Earth - League Justice.

Just like in the movies, the game will focus on a group of villains nicknamed the "Suicide Squad", whose job is to carry out covert and deadly missions for a secret government organization. While the villains are given the opportunity to perform the missions and win shortened their prison terms, they are under heavy supervision and any slight deviation from the procedures can end in death for them.

The game's plot will focus on the Brainiac villain who invaded Earth and took over their own Justice League ball minds and key figures like Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern, while the role of "Suicide Squad" is to stop the destruction of the city of Metropolis and the Justice League.

The game is developed by Rocksteady, the original creator of the Arkham series that introduced us to this day in Batman and the variety of characters and villains that accompany us over the years.

As mentioned, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will take place in the same world, and it will introduce to us for the first time the other various heroes and villains of the DC world in the universe of the game series that has become very popular.

One thing can not be ignored: so far, no trailer has been released that introduced us to the gameplay.

The two trailers released so far were considered feature trailers featuring Crimes and Cinematics, and not a single whip was revealed revealing how the game would go, what characters and abilities the players could control, whether to switch between different characters during missions, and so many missing details.

One can only hope that since this is the original Rocksteady developer, the level that the previous games in the series introduced will be maintained.

We have not received an exact release date, but the trailer indicates that the game will be released during 2022 for the PC, and for the next generation consoles, the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X \ S.
