A number of Palestinian students were injured today as a result of the Israeli occupation forces attacking them in the town of Burin, south of Nablus in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces fired poison gas canisters at Palestinian students in the vicinity of Burin Secondary School, causing a number of them to suffocate.
The Palestinian Ministry of Education calls for the United Nations and international human rights and humanitarian organizations to continue to pressure the Israeli occupation to stop its violations and attacks on students and educational institutions in occupied Palestine.
