Deir ez-Zor Governorate issued a decision today to close condolences and wedding halls and prevent the provision of hookahs in cafes and restaurants, starting today and for a period of 15 days, as part of measures to combat the spread of the Corona virus.
And the Secretary-General of the governorate, Iyad Musleh, told SANA reporter that the public emergency committee in the governorate had taken this decision with the aim of preserving public health and preventing the spread of the virus. Requiring auditors and employees working in government institutions to wear masks.
Mosleh indicated that the heads of administrative units in the governorate were asked to apply fines to violators, and the Tourism Directorate to tighten control over tourist facilities and workers in terms of adhering to precautionary measures and launching an awareness campaign on the social media pages of government departments and institutions in the governorate.
