The corona incidence in the Erding district has skyrocketed again since Friday.

- 36 new corona cases were registered in the Erding district over the weekend (October 10: 19 cases).
The newly infected are between 0 and 64 years old and come from Erding (6), St. Wolfgang (4), Dorfen, Lengdorf, Wörth (3 each), Forstern, Moosinning, Isen, Taufkirchen, Walpertskirchen (2 each), Berglern, Buch, Finsing, Hohenpolding, Langenpreising, Neuching and Wartenberg (1 each), reports District Office Spokeswoman Daniela Fritzen.
According to the RKI, the 7-day incidence is 103.7 (Friday: 72.7, Saturday: 93.6).
There are currently 253 people infected and 516 people are in quarantine.
According to the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety, there were (as of October 16) 275 hospitalized cases and 255 Covid-19 patients in intensive care in Bavaria in the past seven days.
