With more than 1.2 per mille, a driver (27) in Kirchseeon races through a fence.

When the police arrive after a failed escape, there are a hail of reports.

Kirchseeon

- With over 1.2 per thousand blood alcohol, a 27-year-old from the district first drove his car against a power distribution box, then broke through a garden fence and came to a stop in the front garden of a residential building at the entrance to Kirchseeon, coming from Ebersberg.

This is reported by the Ebersberg police, whose officers who were summoned had it easy to arrest the perpetrator:

Drunk driver involved in an accident: Police notice that there is a lot more lazy

The driver and front passenger tried to leave their "no longer suitable for rolling" car behind and run away, but the duo were witnesses to the accident.

They held the two of them until the police arrived.

During a breath alcohol test, they not only determined the value mentioned above for the driver, but also noticed that the 72-year-old did not have a driver's license and that the car had invalid delivery license plates.

From license plate to driver's license: the driver involved in an accident has accumulated a whole bunch of violations

It hardly seems worth mentioning that, according to the officials, the car was also missing insurance cover and the passenger was even more drunk than his companion.

According to an estimate by the Ebersberg police station, the property damage to the fence and vehicle is around 5,000 euros.

At least some consolation: apparently nobody was injured.

Nevertheless, the accident driver had to go to the Ebersberg district clinic, accompanied by the police, for a blood sample that could be used in court.

He is now awaiting criminal proceedings with several facts at the same time.
