The 32-year-old woman had been moved to the National Public Health Establishment of Fresnes (Val-de-Marne), a place of care for imprisoned people, for a gynecology consultation.

The doctor had received her in the morning, and time to reorganize departures, a supervisor locked her in a "waiting cupboard" on the ground floor of the building.

After half an hour, the door unlocks and another supervisor then ushers in six male inmates, although there are several rooms so as not to mix men and women during visits to the prison hospital.

Despite his protests, the supervisor closes the door and leaves.

Long minutes then follow in a threatening atmosphere.

One of the men begins to discuss sexual matters, stressing that he has been locked up for “six months” and that he is “hungry”.

The provocations reportedly continued until the supervisor returned.

Another detainee then takes the opportunity to grab the buttocks of the young woman.
