On October 7, the Interior Ministers of twelve member countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia) addressed a letter to European Commissioners Margaritis Schinas, in charge of the Promotion of our European way of life, and Ylva Johansson, in charge of Home Affairs.
Despite its civilized and constructive tone, the letter constitutes a warning shot against European migration policy and a notice to act addressed to the Commission.
