Hong Kong added 3 confirmed cases yesterday (17th), all of which were imported cases involving infection of mutant virus strains. The 3 patients arrived in Hong Kong from Kyrgyzstan and the Philippines respectively, and the total number increased to 12,295.

The Eastern Hospital, Tseung Kwan O Hospital, Caritas Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital have added new crown vaccination stations today to facilitate patients and visitors who follow up in hospitals, especially those in specialist outpatient clinics, to receive vaccination immediately upon follow-up. No appointment is required. The opening hours are Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 10 am to 7 pm, and lunch hours are open as usual.
The number of vaccination stations has increased to seven, and the other three are Queen Mary Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Tuen Mun Hospital.
If citizens choose to vaccinate Kexing, they will be referred to a nearby community vaccination center.
