Annual general meeting of the Kolping Family Markt Schwaben: instead of a chairman, the association elects a management team
Markt Schwaben - The Kolping Family Markt Schwaben was finally able to hold their long postponed annual general meeting. 42 members had come to the parish hall. After the welcome by the second chairman Walter Daschner and the memorial of the dead, the report by the cashier Peter Rabus followed, to whom the cash auditors certified that the bookkeeping was flawless. Then came the report from the first chairwoman, Emmi Lohrmann-Auer, and the reports from the running meeting and the Kolping observatory. These were very short because many events could not take place due to the corona pandemic.
An important item on the agenda was the change in the association's statutes, which have to be carried out for several reasons, including the reorganization of the board of directors.
All changes were presented and discussed and the new statutes were unanimously approved.
This was followed by the high point of the meeting, the election of the new board, for which Mayor Michael Stolze acted as election supervisor.
Instead of a chairman, a management team of three people was elected.
The team consists of Miriam Daschner, Wolfgang Eiba and Veronika Stiegler.
Pastor Herbert Walter was re-elected as president and Peter Rabus as treasurer.
Martina Daschner became the new secretary.
Simon Ismair was appointed youth commissioner.
The following members were also elected: Monika Braun, Steffi Widmann, Werner Lampart and Karlheinz Ismair.
A new member of the board is the position of house manager, which Werner Bachmeier takes over.
He is supported by Hans Kolbeck and Thomas Poggemeier in the House Committee, which takes care of all matters relating to the Kolping House.
Last but not least, Sabine Hertel and Manfred Schütt were elected as auditors.
