A woman who lives above the apartment on fire was taken care of by the emergency services on site.
The fire apartment is currently uninhabitable, it said.

Four other residents suffered mild to severe smoke poisoning.
According to the police, the other residents were able to leave the retirement home in good time and were unharmed.
