The detention of the 64-year-old doctor suspected of child rape has been extended by five days

The arrest of Prof. Aryeh Levin, 64, the suspect who was arrested by the police about two weeks ago, on suspicion of rape and indecent acts on patients, some of them girls, was extended today (Sunday) by five days in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.

So far, the number of complaints against is 15.

Levin, a 64-year-old resident of the center, was arrested ten days ago, and a day later his details were released.

During a hearing on the extension of his detention in court, his defense attorney explained that the nature of the examination is a controversial issue, and that there is a debate among physicians who believe in a comprehensive diagnosis.

Levin, for his part, continues to hold the position that these are the actions of a doctor, even though he has stopped using them.
