In the course of the dispute, the clearly drunk man struck the glass of a sliding door with his bare fist out of sheer anger and injured himself in the process.
The elderly woman was also slightly injured in the calf by the flying glass fragments.
After the still highly aggressive Groebenzeller received medical care, he was then taken into police custody.
Furthermore, the man was expelled from the prison after he was in custody.
Criminal proceedings for negligent bodily harm and damage to property were initiated against the aggressor.
