The Ninth Youth Committee has 27 members, and the five vice-chairmen are Zhong Xiuxian, Chen Tandan, Zhong Jianfeng, Mu Jiajun and Liu Yi.
The Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General are Liu Tianzheng, Yun Weixia, He Yu and Zhao Wei respectively; the average age of the committee is 27 years old, 89% of the committee members have a bachelor's degree or above, and 22% have a master's degree or above.
Shi Yongtai expressed the hope that under the new election system, the Youth Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong can cultivate patriotic and Hong Kong governing talents for Hong Kong, and build Hong Kong with young people in the post-epidemic era.
