Tobias Offermann is the new district manager at Malteser Rosenheim-Miesbach.
Together with the provisional city and district commissioner Stephanie Freifrau von Freyberg, who is also the diocesan director of the Malteser in the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, Offermann is responsible for the services of the Maltese in both districts.
District - The area of responsibility includes around 350 full-time and voluntary workers and a fleet of around 85 vehicles.
Von Freyberg takes care of the needs of the helpers with the support of the head of emergency services Kevin Braun.
The services offered by Malteser include visiting and accompanying services, menu service, palliative advice, care and bereavement support.
Offermann changes from the private sector to the non-profit organization and brings years of experience in process management and personnel management.
In the internal distribution of business, Offermann is primarily responsible for the main office, supported by the deputy district manager Katharina Kallrath.
"In the social field, a particular challenge lies in reconciling concern for people's well-being and the need for economic action so that we can support people in need professionally and sustainably," says Offermann.
"I am really looking forward to this meaningful task." In his free time, the father of two sons does voluntary work in the youth work of an association in his home town.
