The Nazareth District Court is now convening (Sunday) for a hearing at the evidentiary stage in the retrial of Roman Zadorov, who is accused of murdering the girl Tair Raida.
During the hearing, Lt. Col. Yoram Azulai, head of the investigation team in the case, will be questioned by Zadorov's attorney, Adv. Yarom Halevi.
The prosecution also decided to add another witness, Dr. Diaz, who drafted the legal opinion.
As you may recall, last week the evidence stage was held in Zadorov's retrial.
During the hearing, a verbal confrontation developed between Ilana Rada and Ad Azoulay after he said: "When I arrived the toilets were closed, but I still saw the policemen walking around the complex. I am sure I testified that the deceased's brother tried to enter."
Ilana Rada responded to him: "Leave my children out of the story. Do not be a scoundrel."

In two months, the judging panel is expected to visit the arena at Nofei Golan School. As mentioned, Zadorov was convicted in all courts until it was determined that there is evidence that allows a retrial, including imprinting a shoe whose owner is unknown, and imprinting on the toilet lid in the cell where the murder took place.
