The Alsfeld district court is currently dealing with a dispute relating to the expansion of Autobahn 49 in Central Hesse.
Among other things, a farmer wants to obtain an injunction in the proceedings, which prohibits the storage of machines and materials for the A49 construction work on a leased property in Kirtorf (Vogelsbergkreis).
Alsfeld - The case has already occupied the Kirchhain district court, but was then forwarded to Alsfeld.
The court there is responsible for the Vogelsbergkreis.
Construction work is currently underway to close the controversial gap on the A49 in Central Hesse.
Kirtorf is located near the Dannenröder forest, where trees were felled for the further construction of the motorway last autumn amid violent protests by environmental and climate protectors.
